On Time
Because of our years of experience, we know how to approach a job pre-construction and iron out all of the details that may come up. We know that job sites never go as planned, and we know how to plan for those contingencies well in advance, to ensure each project is delivered on time or earlier.
On Budget
The same experience that informs us of projects being on time, also lets us establish an accurate budget well in advance of a project. We work together with our development partners to ensure that projects will land within budget every time, and advise on contingency plans for unexpected expenses well in advance.
Humble beginnings
Like many contractors, our founder Shlomo Benayon began his contracting career as a handyman and property manager at the age of 17. His trajectory from small jobs through kitchen renovation, home construction, and all the way to Bencon’s large commercial projects has resulted in the expertise that is so sought after in today’s crowded market. His talent and knowledge, honed right here in the GTA, is what has allowed Bencon to continue growing to the development team player it is today
